Chelsea FC vs Liverpool FC 2002-2003

This was again in 2002-2003 Period in EPL. The match was the last match of the time played in stamford bridge and it was a critical a single between us and the scousers simply because this match determines whoever finishes 4th who then qualifies for the UEFA Champions League. Again in these days, it was ahead of the Abramovic takeover and we previously had gamers this sort of as Gudjohnsen, Terry, Lampard, Gallas, ZOLA!! etc. so screw the individuals who says we bought ourselves into Massive 4. A match that all Chelsea followers are not able to forget.

@sidostheproducer12 Just imagine – if he’d been a bit quicker, he could have bought the old Wimbledon and stopped them moving to Milton Keynes. Which option is less popular, I wonder?

  19. kisbie Says:

@sidostheproducer12 I think he definitely wanted a London club though, so probably not Liverpool, even if they had won this game. It’s rumoured that he was interested in Spurs, West Ham, QPR and Crystal Palace.

  20. sidostheproducer12 Says:

Is it true that if Liverpool won this game and qualified for CL, Abromobich would have purchased lfc football club instead?

Wow…how different history would be now…

  21. Eaogrim Says:

Znthkor, i believe the score on the weekend was 1 – 0 and you had torres ?

  22. footvantage06 Says:

who would have known this game would change english football for the worst

  23. ericxpenner Says:

All of this slagging off of Liverpool’s history is nonsense. They do have a brilliant history. From 1972-73 through to 1990 there wasn’t a better football team in the world. Liverpool won 24 honours during that period of 18 years. Chelsea’s ascent began in 1997, and they’ve won 12 honours during that fourteen-year period.

Football is a game of eras, & that’s perhaps best explained by looking at Chelsea and Liverpool. Chelsea’s success is more recent, whereas Liverpool’s is in the past. Easy.

  24. cosminroFTW Says:

@znthkor Chelsea signed Torres from Liverpool. They are half-nothing now.

  25. PaRtib0i Says:

dear mr. commentator, how is marcels header “very similar” to hypiias? one being 6 yards out, the other nearly 18 yards? idiOT! carefree <3
