The best vid i have ever seen on You Tube by a mile. Shanks was simply a god..end of…He loved Liverpool and liverpool loved him.
Saw my first game at 6 months old in 1970, held for the whole game, in my Uncle’s arms in the Kop….no safety issues whatsoever back then

I am so lucky to have seen the great man. When they brought the FA Cup home in 74 my old fella (who is a blue nose) took me. I was 6 and I remember vividly Shanks on top of the bus and even then I remember being moved to be so close to him. The greatest man who ever lived.
