ahh..the good ol days, those times you can really see the stars are REALLY good, the way they move, deft touches, ball control, scoring..we can see they REALLY know what they’re doing..
@redredreds100 my love affair started in 74 as a 6 year old…..reina , agger ,carragher,maybe skrtel, gerrard…johnson but not as a right back…..we get rig of the likes of alonso..whyyyyyyy? for barry? c’mon!!! i also like kuyt.for his effort and non stop commitment .you don’t need to be the next pele…you just need heart and a great work ethic and some ability wouldn’t go a miss lol…when i look at our bench i cringe…where are the match winners going to come from apart from the usual?
@oddjobjujitsu You are SO RIGHT, it breaks my heart to see how low we have sunk, I saw thse great teams through the 60s, 70s 80s, I have no clue how such a well attended team like LFC can owe money. Someone somewhere must be pocketing it. As for 6 players??? I think to be honest only 3, Carragher, Gerrard and Reina, the rest as far as i’m concerned, are either crap. or very inconsistent. I think back to Emlyn’s boyish enthusiasm, I miss the heart and spirit, that is gone. I’m glad to meet you
@redredreds100 most of what you say is true…but after the souness screw up we have done nothing to put it right in all these years since …we were happy to sit back on our past achievements and let scum united catch us up……our team only has 6 players at most who deserve to play for liverpool…the rest are just crap…liverpool need to take drastic action….the sooner the better
Why you not think you’d get any responces, anything to do with LFC, that says “PAST” is a must see, as there is certainly nothing to see these days, I cry like a baby watching the old finals and the players who played with heart. Torres?? not even in the same league as Keega, Hunt or Kenny
@oddjobjujitsu The reason LFC are in a such a bad mees, two words, Graham Souness, when he became manager, he brought a lot of shite, made terrible deals, and spent ridiculous money, he changed the complete concept of how LFC worked, he was the downfall, and we just keep going further downhill.
it pains me so much to see my beloved team in this position…we are the greatest british side ever..but for how long?there is only one team who will beat us to that title and we all know who it is.but why have we let this happen?.L.F.C only has itself to blame.living off past glory..and not moving forward..we only have prob 5 or 6 players fit to wear the shirt..reina,agger,skrtel,carragher,gerrard and kuyt..and that is at best.the rest are shit…and please don’t give me torres.owen was better

It began life as a football team formed by Frederick Attock, a Liverpudlian who was a superintendent engineer of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway(L&YR).
We have a had a rough season, we havent won the prem for 21 years..but one day Liverpool Football Club will win that title,maybe next year,maybe later and that day, im gonna sit down and cry. and then im gonna smile for the rest of year!
